Safety & trust

A gallery designed around children’s safety.

Little World Gallery lets adults share children’s art while minimizing personal information and placing every public post under human review.

Effective August 1, 2026
01

Child Safety Policy

Only a parent, legal guardian, teacher, or educator with permission may submit artwork. Do not upload a child’s face, full name, school, contact details, exact address, or other identifying information. Children do not create accounts, exchange private messages, or post free-text comments. Every submission is reviewed before publication, and content may be rejected or removed whenever safety is uncertain.

02

Privacy Notice

We collect the submitting adult’s account email, display name, role, optional place or community, the child’s age and optional nickname, artwork information, the uploaded image, and the three consent confirmations. Teacher and institution accounts may also submit an institution name and verification document. We use this information only to manage accounts, review and publish artwork, verify institutions, moderate content, and respond to safety or removal requests. Adult contact details, consent records, and verification documents are never shown publicly. Verification documents are available only to the administrator and should be deleted when they are no longer reasonably needed. For website analytics, we record the visit date and time, approximate country, page path, and an anonymous browser-session identifier. When an adult is signed in, their account email and display name may be visible only to the administrator. We do not store IP addresses, and visit statistics are available only to the administrator.

03

Terms of Use

The submitting adult confirms they have authority to share the artwork and grants Little World Gallery permission to display it on the service. The creator keeps ownership of the artwork. Content must be lawful, age-appropriate, respectful, and free of another person’s private information or rights violations. We may edit descriptive text, reject, hide, or delete content to protect children and the community.

04

Geographic neutrality and respectful participation

Little World Gallery uses one World Gallery rather than country-based galleries. Any place or community name is optional background information chosen by the submitting adult. It does not express a position on sovereignty, borders, territorial claims, or diplomatic status. Flags, political maps, and border claims are not used to organize children’s artwork. Political-status or territorial disputes are not allowed in notes or community interactions.

05

Reports and removal requests

Use the Report button on a published artwork to flag privacy, inappropriate content, or permission concerns. A parent, guardian, teacher, or rights holder may also request removal by contacting the project administrator and identifying the artwork title, optional place or community, and reason. We will verify the request where necessary and act as promptly as reasonably possible.

Important note

This page is a practical operating policy for the project and is not a substitute for legal advice. Before expanding to large-scale international participation, the project should obtain professional review for the laws that apply to its location and audience.
